Retrospect Consulting Group's staff are professionals in quality improvement and assurance, corporate compliance, business development, training, and clinical operations.
We currently provide services to several CABHA and other agencies in NC to assure compliance with prevailing rule and regulation, develop business strategy, and provide best practice staff training. We have successfully managed numerous accreditation, start ups, turn arounds, mergers, and acquisitions.
Recently, we have provided temporary part-time QM Directors while agencies are conducting candidate searches. We can provide contractual corporate compliance officers in cases where this is called for as part of a settlement agreement or if an agency wishes to protect its interests by having external experts conduct self-audits and investigations as a best practice.
